"Conflict of Interest"

-heard for the first time at a faculty-entrepreneurship seminar at USC

Looks simple, hackneyed, but conveys a lot of meaning and gives a lot of clarity in explaining certain things which are nearly impossible otherwise except long wordy ways. e.g. a school teacher offering tuitions is creating "conflict" in his own interests.
